Situation

Windyknowe sits in a large garden on a bank above the quiet lane which winds alongside the River Stinchar. It is about half a mile from the village of Ballantrae, so it is only a short walk to the local pub and the shops.

There are pretty walks along the lanes or take the path down to the river side where there are some great places to have a picnic.

It is an ideal place to stay for fishing in the area, or as a comfortable base for your golfing holiday.
