| Windyknowe was built
on colonial lines in 1911 as a seaside home for a sea captain
returning to his native Scotland after many years in the Far East.
This large house on the edge of the village of Ballantrae is set
back from the quiet Ballantrae to Colmonell road and overlooking the
River Stinchar.
The reception rooms are all very spacious and there is a deep
sunny veranda with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside,
the river and the sea.
Recently
modernised, the house is beautifully decorated and is furnished and
equipped to a high standard. It will sleep six in great comfort. |
