There is an attractive and comfortable sitting room with an antique desk, comfortable chairs, television and an open fireplace. There is a small collection of games, toys and good books to read, maps and guidebooks.

On the ground floor there is a large country kitchen. The kitchen has a cosy atmosphere with pretty checked curtains, pine furniture, a high chair and a comfortable sofa. The large pine table will seat up to ten people. It is well equipped for keen cooks - there is a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, magimix, double sink and a dishwasher.

Behind the kitchen is a large utility room with back door hooks for coats and lots of room for fishing rods, golf clubs and wellies. It has a big sink, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are three bedrooms. One is downstairs - it has a double bed. Next to it is the bathroom. Upstairs there are two twin bedded rooms with hand basins and wonderful views. All the bedrooms are well decorated with fitted cupboards and carpets. There is a separate shower room downstairs with WC and basin.

A telephone is provided as is a cot and high chair if needed.
